TERMS OF SERVICE

Scheduling:

To schedule your headshot session, you can check our real-time availability through our online schedule system above. If you have an urgent need to shoot within the next 24 hours, please reach out to us directly to see if we can fit you in.

Retainer:

To hold your date and time, we collect a partial payment of $100 for your session at the time of booking, which acts as a retainer.

Balance Payment:

The balance is due in full at the end of your session. We want to make sure your headshot experience is stress-free, so we accept multiple forms of payment for your convenience, and if your company is covering the cost of your session, we can prepare an invoice upon request.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your session, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a later date. If you need to reschedule again, we offer one free reschedule if we are notified more than 24 hours in advance. However, any additional reschedules will have a $100 fee.

If you do not reschedule within 30 days, your session will be considered canceled. While deposit payments are non-refundable, they can be transferred to another date in case of an emergency.

Turnaround time

Our standard turnaround time for delivery of retouched images is typically 3 business days after the session. If you need your images sooner, we offer expedited delivery options for an additional fee. Please see below for rates.

Terms of use

The cost of your session includes personal usage of your headshots for social media, your website, your business cards, and other personal uses. However, commercial usage, such as using your headshots for paid advertising campaigns or on products like books to be sold, is not included. Please reach out to us for pricing for commercial usage.

We may document your session with videos and photos for marketing purposes. If you do not want to be in our marketing materials, please notify us by email after booking and before the session.

Add ons services

We offer additional services to enhance your headshot experience, such as professional makeup application and hair styling for $150. We also offer additional high-end retouched images for $75 per image and a 24-hour rush delivery option for an additional fee of $75. You can add a colleague, friend, etc for a fee of $100 both of you will receive two photos and will approx 2 hours for the session.

Session punctuality

We ask that you make every effort to arrive on time for your session. Please know that if you are late, it will be docked from the time allotted. If you fail to show up during your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit all money paid. Your session starts at the agreed-upon time, and we strongly encourage clients to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start of the session.
